Information we process

• Tire and vehicle telemetry: tire position, pressure, temperature, sensor identifier, status flags, raw TPMS frames, timestamps, provisioned gateway identifier, and assigned truck or trailer.
• Staff authentication: staff username, password submitted for authentication, and session information. The Android app does not retain the staff password after login.
• Tablet enrollment: company invitation code, requested truck and optional trailer number, optional requester name, request status, staff review notes, and a private device credential. Company staff must approve the assignment before uploads are authorized.
• Device and network information: the Bluetooth address saved locally for reconnection, application version, upload status, and network metadata ordinarily received by the configured server. The current ingest payload does not send the Bluetooth MAC address.

How we use information

We process this information to connect compatible TPMS hardware, display live tire status, transfer readings after connectivity interruptions, associate readings with the correct fleet vehicle, provide alerts, authenticate authorized staff, secure the service, troubleshoot failures, and maintain operational records.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell operational or personal data. The application contains no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs. Information is available to the fleet operator and its authorized users. Gavran LLC uses Amazon Web Services to host the configured service and operational data. Infrastructure, backup, or support providers may process information only as needed to deliver those services.

Security

The Google Play release requires encrypted HTTPS transport. Gateway tokens are stored as hashes on the server, Android backups are disabled, staff passwords are not persisted by the application, and server access is permission controlled. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Retention and deletion

TPMS readings are retained for 90 days by default, although the fleet operator may configure a different operational period. Dashboard sessions expire after eight hours. Device provisioning and fleet records may remain until the device is deactivated or the operator deletes them. Requests for access, correction, or deletion may be submitted to the fleet operator or to Gavran LLC. We may retain information when required for security, legal compliance, or documented operational obligations.

Accounts and children

The Android application does not create public user or company accounts. Staff accounts are provisioned by the fleet operator. Tablet enrollment requires company approval. RigRiver TPMS is a professional fleet tool and is not directed to children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the product, backend, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
