Terms of use
These terms apply to the RigRiver website, RigRiver TPMS application, and connected services provided by Gavran LLC.
Authorized use
You may use RigRiver only for lawful business purposes and only when authorized by the relevant fleet operator. Access credentials, gateway tokens, invitation codes, and provisioned devices must not be shared outside the authorized organization.
Compatible equipment and connectivity
Some functions require compatible TPMS hardware, a supported Android device, Bluetooth access, internet connectivity, and a fleet service configured by Gavran LLC or the fleet operator. Availability and measurements may be affected by hardware condition, installation, radio conditions, power, network service, and third-party infrastructure.
Operational responsibilities
Fleet operators remain responsible for vehicle maintenance, inspections, driver training, regulatory compliance, account administration, and decisions made using operational data. Alerts and dashboards are decision-support tools and must not be treated as a substitute for physical inspection or qualified professional judgment.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, probe another customer’s data, introduce malicious code, misuse credentials, falsify telemetry, reverse engineer restricted service components where prohibited by law, or use the service in a way that harms Gavran LLC, a fleet operator, or another person.
Data and privacy
Use of the product is also governed by the RigRiver Privacy Policy. Fleet operators may have additional obligations and policies for their personnel and operational records.
Service changes and availability
We may update, secure, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary for maintenance, safety, legal compliance, product improvement, or protection against misuse. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Intellectual property
RigRiver software, website content, product design, and associated materials are owned by Gavran LLC or its licensors. These terms grant permission to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of the product or its intellectual property.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those expressly agreed in writing. Gavran LLC is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized use, unsupported hardware, inaccurate installation, ignored warnings, unavailable networks, or decisions made contrary to required inspection and safety procedures. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms as the product or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update may be subject to the updated terms where permitted by law.
